We make every effort to alleviate your stress and tension while working through your situation issue by issue and insure that your concerns are being addressed every step of the way.

During a complimentary consultation, we will review your issues, challenges and the agreement to mediate. We will discuss a realistic plan for resolving your situation.

If you decide to move forward with mediation, you will submit a retainer fee for 10 hours of work, which is often sufficient to complete the mediation process. This fee is vastly less than retaining a divorce attorney.
